OPM understands what it can be like renting your home to people you may or may not know.  We are offering a special service to give you Ogunquit Peace of Mind.   We will get the house key to your weekly guests if you are unable and also OPM will offer “drive-bys” to make sure all is well at your home and in the neighborhood.

Summer Guest Concierge Service

Give your summer guests that extra special touch when renting your home.   After a long drive and sitting in traffic the last thing vacationers want to do is get back in the car and go to the grocery store.  OPM offers a unique service for your guests, “OPM Concierge Service”. 

OPM will forward a list of food items, beverages, paper goods and floral arrangement selections to your house guests. They will simply fill out the order form online and it comes directly to OPM.   So when your guests arrive the refrigerator is stocked and the flowers are on the table.  This is a great service to offer your guests at no cost to you.  They will surely appreciate the attentiveness from you and the hospitable service from your property management company.  Your guests will want to come back to vacation in your Ogunquit home.

**We can only offer this service to OPM clients who have requested our “Guest Key Service & Summer Home Monitoring Service” as we will need access into your home to deliver perishables.**

* Once your rental agreement has been signed by your renter, inform them to click onto our web site at www.ogtopm.com and click on “OPM Concierge Service Grocery Bag" to fill out the grocery selection list and we will take it from there.
