Whether you’re having a special occasion party or you would like to have fresh cut flowers when you come into the door, OPM will have it ready and waiting.

Snow Removal

Clearing the snow from your home’s driveway and walkways is more crucial than one would think.  Here in Ogunquit the winter months can be cold but dry or produce numerous snow storms.  You never know.  The importance of having your driveway clear is not just so you can get safely into your house but even more important is access for emergency vehicles.  You and OPM will decide together on the appropriate snowfall amount before we begin to clear your driveway. 

Pet Care

We at OPM treat our pets like family and we just expect everyone else does too!
If you are planning to be away for a day, a weekend or week you can rely on OPM to take care of your beloved pet.  Whether you have a dog, cat, fish, or canary you can depend on OPM to be there for all creatures’ great and small.

Weekly Home Monitoring

New England winters can be harsh and as a result there is a greater possibility of problems that can arise. OPM weekly home monitoring service will include checking interior air temperature, windows and signs of water leakage.

We will schedule a visit once a week (or as often as you would like) to make sure everything is working properly.  This is a five month service from November through March. 

This is a cost effective service that will surely give you Ogunquit Peace of Mind.

Emergency Service

OPM is your local solution in case of emergencies.  Hopefully you will never need this service but it’s reassuring to know it is always available.  Emergency response hourly rates will be in effect after regular business hours.
