Concierge Service

OPM Concierge Service is only offered to our OPM clients and their house guests.
OPM will shop and deliver selected food items, beverages, paper goods and floral arrangements to your vacation home.

Ogunquit Property Management will hand deliver your invoice of purchased goods and payment is due upon receipt. OPM will accept personal checks, money orders or cash (sorry no credit cards).

OPM’s Flat Rate Fee for shopping and Delivery is $25.00 which will be added to the purchased goods receipt.

Ogunquit Property Management LLC is offering this special service to supply the basics to get you started. It is a onetime “Welcome to Ogunquit” delivery service specifically for your hassle-free arrival.
